Aditya Walia has over 13 years of experience in handling matters before the High Courts, NCLT, and arbitral forums. His work includes matters related to constitutional law, commercial litigation, corporate advisory, and the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, among others.
With a robust foundation in both law and accountancy, Geet Wadhwa brings over a decade of specialized experience in taxation litigation, advisory, and regulatory compliance. A former member of Ernst & Young's tax practice, she has advised and represented leading Indian and multinational corporations across a range of direct and indirect tax matters.

Samir serves as Advisor to the LexRAH Indo-Japan Desk, supporting the firm's efforts to strengthen legal and commercial engagement between India and Japan. He provides strategic guidance on cross-border collaborations, market entry, business development, and stakeholder engagement, helping clients navigate opportunities across both jurisdictions. With a strong understanding of international business practices and cultural dynamics, he facilitates meaningful connections between Indian and Japanese enterprises. Working closely with the LexRAH team, Samir contributes to delivering practical, business-oriented legal and advisory solutions, fostering trusted partnerships and enabling clients to pursue cross-border transactions and long-term growth with confidence.
